If the person who owns it had plenty juice in the legal organisation sure.
Only they'd have to observe a lawyer to accept up the case and a judge to hear it.
And so they'd have to fight you to collect.
Full general rule of thumb: Don't sue unless you're sure y'all can collect.
You lot know all those lawyers who advertise "no fee unless you win".
Yous can sue me for a meg dollars and they'd want their 20% regardless of if I pay y'all or not.

Bold you are in the United states of america?
Curt answer: Legally, yes, information technology is copyright infringement. Reproducing an entire work is almost never considered fair utilize, either.
Longer reply: Chances are nobody would find out, and even if they did, it's not worth pursuing it under the circumstances. Ask for permission if you're that worried nigh information technology.

Or you could use something that gives yous permission explicitly.
Weebl'due south Stuff, the company that makes Magical Trevor, my avatar, explicitly says we're allowed to use images from their stuff for personal non-commercial employ.
