I truly feel I owe my eyesight to Cincinnati Eye Institute. During a recent visit to CEI, Dr. Adam Kaufman and Dr. Erich Hinel discovered the sarcoidosis in my eyes had become active over again. They also diagnosed both of my eyes with glaucoma and referred me to Dr. Alan Zalta, who explained why I was having problems and how to cure them. Within iv weeks, with the aid of light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation treatments and eye drops, I no longer accept problems! Cheers for providing exceptional service and being and so professional. This morning my hearing aid was not working properly. I am going on holiday in a few days. Linda was able to get me an appointment and John was able to notice and right the problem with my help quickly.
Hearing aids are an expensive investment, but necessary for those of united states who take hearing loss. John and Linda provide great service and have always been able to resolve any issues I have had with my aids in the office and I accept never had to have my aids shipped out for costly repairs. I put off LASIK for nearly ii years because I was worried most the time it would take and the hassle. My only regret at present is that I did non schedule this procedure sooner!
The staff members I encountered were friendly, informative and did non continue me waiting as most doctors do! My unabridged appointment lasted about two hours. I was able to lookout a video of the surgery, see with Dr. Varley and also go ahead and pick the day I wanted to have the surgery. They went over billing and answered every question I had. I left feeling educated on the procedure and comfortable.
